Course contents
Analysis of paints. General concepts, definitions and classification of coating materials. Paints and varnishes having low environmental impact. Features and properties of the main components: resins, pigments, fillers, solvents and additives. Determination of the density, of volatile substances, of the percentage of resin and pigments. Structural analysis of resin and their classification. Qualitative analysis of pigments and co-pigments

Teaching methods
