Learning outcomes

The lab aims to provide students with theoretical and practical tools for the use of social networks in the institutional and corporate sphere. At the end of the course students are supposed to know: - how to develop a project idea; – the impact of social media on political communication and on business communication; - how to build an effective social media strategy

Course contents

The workshops will cover useful and practical topics, such as the impact and the strategies of social media management in politics, cultural institutions and business. Professionals will take part in the workshop to share with students best practice and case studies.

Teaching methods

Due to the restrictions imposed by the current health emergency, teaching will be carried out with traditional methods. Lessons will be held in the designated classroom (more detailed information on the shifts and how to access the face-to-face lessons will be provided).

It will be possible to connect remotely and follow live lessons via the TEAMS platform.

Assessment methods

At the end of the Lab students must draw up a strategy or produce a strategy document, in accordance with class contents.
