Learning outcomes

By the end of this activity, students will show: - the mastery of basic/fundamental topics of psychosocial and organizational research - the mastery of research methods for psychosocial and organizational studies - the ability to carry out a psychosocial and organizational research.

Statistics applied to the research in work and organizational psychology.

Multiple linear regression and mediation models.

Moderation models.

Mixed repeated measures ANOVA.

MIMIC [Multiple Indicators Multiple Causes] Model.

Material provided by the teacher.

Teaching methods

Learning by doing: the teacher will introduce each topic and then guide the students in practical exercises with statistical softwares (SPSS and JASP).
