Exchange students @unibo: starting your learning activities and filling in your online Study Plan

To find out about the organization of teaching activities, you can:

• participate in the guidance sessions organised by the Campus International mobility and Campuses’ international relations offices
• contact International Mobility Offices for any questions on academic calendars, course timetables, exams, exam dates.

If you haven't already done so before your arrival, request approval for your Learning Agreement or Course Units’ Approval Request Form (for non-EU Mobilities) [.pdf 167 KB].

Once your Learning Agreement or Course Units’ Approval Request Form (for non-EU Mobilities) have been approved, you must fill in your online Study Plan.

The online Study Plan is required to take exams and is only available after Check-in (“Fill in your study plan” button)

Log in to AlmaRM – Accesso studenti

Go to "Fill in your study plan".

Enter the course units that have been approved in your Learning Agreement or in your Course Units’ Approval Request Form (for non-EU Mobilities).

Please note! The system allows you to enter all the University of Bologna course units into your online Study Plan, but you can only take exams in the course units that have been approved.

Completing your online Study Plan does not replace the approval of your Learning Agreement or your Course Units’ Approval Request Form (for non-EU Mobilities), which is mandatory.
