Course contents

The aim of the French Language and Culture I course is twofold: to allow a deepening of grammatical knowledge and to acquire the methodological skills necessary for written and oral production.

The course includes the analysis of authentic written and oral documents on various topics related to the world of francophonie including la langue française dans le monde, l'écriture inclusive, la Francohponie. The study of these documents will make it possible to consolidate grammatical, lexical and syntactic knowledge while at the same time developing intercultural knowledge relating in particular to the social, artistic and literary spheres.

An independent reading of a French-language literary work that will be chosen together with the teacher is planned.
