Also this year, the University of Bologna is taking part in the Good Practice project, to assess its main administrative services with a view to improvement. We place particular importance on the opinions of all students who attend the university daily, using the wifi services, libraries, study rooms, as well as the on-line and guidance services.
For this purpose, an on-line questionnaire has been developed to measure the opinions of students on their knowledge of the services available, how they are used and the degree of satisfaction.
For first year students*
* students enrolled in the first year of 1st or single cycle degree programmes
For students enrolled in other years*
* including students enrolled in the first year of 2nd cycle degree programmes
For student of Medical Specialisation Schools
