Psychologist and Associate Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology. Her main research interests are career management (career competencies, employability, perceived job insecurity, work values and meanings of work) and work-related well-being (work engagement, burnout, workaholism) as well as the development and application of the Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT). She is also interested in investigating the role of personal (in particular, Psychological Capital and Occupational Hardiness) and occupational resources as predictors of work engagement. She has published in the European Journal of Psychological Assessment, Work & Stress, Organizational Psychology Review, Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, International Journal of Stress Management, Journal of Career Development, Career Development International, Journal of Managerial Psychology, among others. She participated in several European projects (Erasmus Plus and HORIZON2020) in the field of psychological health and safety at work.
