Study of the organizational and individual antecedents of workaholism. This collaboration resulted in several scientific publications: the article "Are workaholics born or made? Relations of workaholism with person characteristics and overwork climate" published in 2014 on the International Journal of Stress Management; in 2016 "Overwork climate scale: Psychometric properties and relationships with working hard" published on the Journal of Managerial Psychology and "Individual characteristics influencing physicians' perceptions of job demands and control: The role of affectivity, work engagement and workaholism" published on the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health; in 2018 the article "Are workaholism and work engagement in the eye of the beholder? A multirater perspective on different forms of working hard" published on the European Journal of Psychological Assessment; in 2019 the article "Work addiction and presenteeism: The buffering role of managerial support" published in the International Journal of Psychology; in 2020 the article "Same involvement, different reasons: How personality factors and organizations contribute to heavy work investment" published on the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. At the moment the collaboration also includes the validation of the Italian version of the BAT (Burnout Assessment Tool) scale.

Erasmus Plus project "ESTEEM - European Safety Training and Evaluation supporting European Mobility" funded in 2017 and H2020 project "H-WORK - Multilevel Intervention to Promote Mental Health in SMEs and Public Workplaces" funded in 2020. From this collaboration comes the article "Project H-WORK: Multilevel interventions to promote mental health in SMEs and public workplaces" published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health in 2020 and, in the same year, the literature review “Quantitative process measures in interventions to improve employees' wellbeing and mental health: A systematic literature review and the IPEF framework”.

Study of the employability of recent graduates. This collaboration resulted in the research "I'm in control. Toward a moderated mediation model predicting job search success" presented at the EAWOP Small Group Meeting in Eindhoven in 2018 and the publication of the article "It is all in the game!: The role of political skill for perceived employability enhancement" in the Journal of Career Development in 2020. A further common research topic concerns teachers' professional development, the subject of the article "You're not old as long as you're learning: Ageism, burnout, and development among Italian teachers" published in the Journal of Career Development in 2020.

Study of workplace bullying, emotion management strategies in the workplace, and the JD-R model. This collaboration resulted in the following contributions: the article “The impact of perceived Effort–Reward Imbalance on workplace bullying: Also a matter of organizational identification” published in 2017 on Psychology, Health and Medicine; in 2018 “Can you break a stick in a bundle? The moderating role of team identification in the process linking job demands, workplace bullying and negative health outcomes” published on Psicologia Sociale; in 2020 “Hard enough to manage my emotions: How hardiness moderates the relationship between emotional demands and exhaustion” published on Frontiers in Psychology. In addition, the meta-analysis "Work engagement: A meta-analysis using the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model" is currently under review.
