Associate Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Bologna, where she teaches in undergraduate and master’s degree programmes and contributes to PhD programmes. Her research activity focuses on work-related well-being, stress and burnout, career guidance and career development, with particular reference to educational and healthcare contexts. She has participated in several national and European research projects, including Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, EU4Health, and Erasmus+, contributing to empirical research activities and the evaluation of interventions.
She has undertaken research periods at international universities, notably at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - UNED (Spain), Radboud University Nijmegen, and Utrecht University (the Netherlands). She is the author of more than 50 publications in international peer-reviewed scientific journals and of contributions to edited volumes. She regularly participates in national and international scientific conferences.
