Exam Registration and Procedures Registration Process

To attend the test, you must register through the electronic system, AlmaEsami, within the specified deadlines. Here are the steps and important points to note:

 

  1. Access AlmaEsami via the dedicated section on the respective website.
  2. Complete the registration process before the deadline.
  3. If you encounter technical problems and are unable to register by the due date, immediately inform the office.
  4. Ensure you report the issue before the registration deadline.
  5. The teacher has the authority to decide whether or not to allow students who failed to register due to technical issues to attend the test.
Exam Scoring

The final score will be expressed in 30ths. Here are the key details:

Scoring Range:

- Minimum passing score: 18/30.

- Maximum score: 30/30.

- An additional distinction of "laude" may be awarded.

Score Validity:

- If the obtained score is not rejected by the student, it will be considered valid for the entire academic year.

Test Results and Validation

- Results will be published on AlmaEsami within 10-15 days from the date of the exam.

- The results will be validated according to the procedures and deadlines outlined on AlmaEsami.
