Giacomo Mancini

Teaching: Clinical Psychology and Developmental Psychopathology.

Main research interests: Emotional Intelligence for individual well-being (focused on enhancing individual well-being through understanding and improving EI); evaluation and treatment of psychological suffering in children and adolescents (dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of psychological distress in youth).

Publications: he has a significant number of publications in national and international scientific Journals that contribute to the body of knowledge in clinical psychology and developmental psychopathology, particularly in the areas of emotional intelligence and psychological well-being in children and adolescents.

Collaborations: he collaborates with educational institutions for the training of teachers, and with some clinical services to reduce psychological distress, aiming to foster preventive care and effective treatment methods.

Clinical practice: psychologist and psychotherapist, he provides psychodiagnostic counseling and individual psychotherapy at the Clinical Services, Department of Psychology, University of Bologna.
