CURRENT POSITION
Elena Malaguti, PhD Pedagogist - Psychologist and psychotherapist -Full Professor in Didactics and Special Pedagogy at the Department of Educational Science “G.M. Bertin” - Head Mistress of Master in Didactics and Psycopedagogy for students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder attended regular school – Department of Educational Science “G.M. Research Activities

Her main activity is about the perspective of inclusive education in a social, human and ecological model integrated with the resilience processes through a multifactorial, multidimensional and cultural approach. She was involved at National and European levels in many projects focusing on: educational and training processes, monitoring and evaluation, elaboration of learning methodologies, curricula, elaboration of observation protocols. Her main activity is in studies on theories and models in prospects of Human Rights according to a social and human ecological approach and method. Participants for several European projects on removal of obstacles in advocacy processes – empowerment –resilience - work training for autonomy and independence. Research concerns studies on processes in resilience, advocacy, empowerment, self-determination and quality of life regarding disability, margin, deviating. Occupied in projecting and reorganizing in educational and didactic fields in the name of prospects for emancipation and access to didactic and cultural learning. Research focused also on parenting and early childhood.  Collaborator with the International research group on “identity - cultures – resilience” Head quarter in Paris. Highly qualified in carrying out her profession as researcher and teacher. Research is experiential and in collaboration with social services and families. Prospects pay high attention and care in developing inclusive contexts
