• Development and growth of EU regions and comparative analyses;

• Local and territorial development policies (analysis of industrial districts; National Strategy for Inner Areas and Rural Development);

• Well-being and development indicators (BES and Territorial Capital);

• Analysis of institutional quality using indicators available at different territorial levels in the literature (WGI, EQI, IQI, MAQI).
