Assistant professor at the University of Bologna since 2005 and Associate Professor since 2021, she carries out her research in the field of internal combustion engines, mainly fueled by gasoline. She mainly deals with:



1. Analysis of the suction process, with particular interest in the optimization of the incoming flow suitable for generating an appropriate level of turbulence  at TDC;



2. Analysis of the discharge process;



3. Combustion, with particular attention to the prediction / containment of the detonation event;



4. PFI and GDI injection;
