Sergio Rivaroli was born in Mirandola (Modena - Italy) on 7th of October 1970. Research assistant at the Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna since March 1992 to date, and Adjunct Professor since September 2017. Current research interests include competitiveness in Agri-food systems and marketing research, with specific topics regarding consumer behaviour, political consumerism and craftwork food products.
He got the habilitation as Associate Professor in Agricultural Economics and Appraisal (2014). He holds a Doctoral Degree in Agricultural Economics and Policy (Bologna, 2005) and got a Laurea degree in Agricultural Sciences (Bologna, 2002).
