Writing the Bachelor’s/Master’s Thesis
For the purpose of writing the Bachelor’s or Master’s Thesis, the following steps are required:
1. Agree with the supervisor on a topic and an initial reference bibliography.
2. Prepare a detailed draft table of contents, divided into chapters and paragraphs, accompanied by a more extensive bibliography. The table of contents will be reviewed by the supervisor, who will discuss it with the student during a meeting. On this occasion, the effective work schedule will also be established.
At the end of each chapter’s drafting, the text must be sent to the supervisor for the necessary revisions and additions. With each submission, the file must include all previous chapters, the table of contents, and the progressively updated bibliography.
The final submission of the complete thesis must be carried out approximately by the following dates:
- by 15 January for the March graduation session
- by 15 May for the July graduation session
- by 31 August for the October/November graduation session
- by 15 October for the extraordinary December graduation session
After submission, the supervisor will carry out a final comprehensive review of the thesis. If the file is submitted late, the graduation may be postponed to the next session.
It is the student’s responsibility to fulfil all administrative requirements within the established deadlines.
3. While drafting the chapters, attention must be paid to the editorial guidelines available at the following link:

4. For Master’s Theses: the choice of the co-supervisor must be agreed upon with the supervisor.
5. Once the final approval has been received, it is the student’s responsibility to upload the file to the platform within the required deadlines.
