Research activities include the development of bioinformatic pipelines for the analysis of omic datasets (genomics, metabolomics, proteomics and metagenomics) derived from different species including pigs, cattle, rabbits, bees and fishes. Activities are carried out in the Animal and Food Genomics Group led by Prof. Fontanesi Luca.
