1) ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE TOWARDS ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY and workers' reactions, attitudes and behaviors to the introduction of organizational initiatives promoting environmental sustainability.
2) SMART WORKING AND WORKING FLEXIBILITY: remote/hybrid working allows employees to balance work and home needs, and requires that organizations innovate work procedures and also the leadership style of managers. It is investigated how employees and organizations adapt to this new work arrangement and the effects it promotes.
3) PERCEPTION OF DECENT WORK IN NON-EU WORKERS: It is examined how non-European workers live and experience the work offered in Italian companies - more in general, it is examined how migrants (or non-local employees) perceive the work conditions in the host country, and what the organizations can do in order to manage cultural diversity.
