Salvatore Zappalà

Full professor since 2022, has been working at the University of Bologna for more than twenty years. He carries out his research in the field of Organizational Psychology. The research interests concern groups of entrepreneurs who coordinate business networks, organizational climates, shared and ethical leadership, strategies of organizations and workers to adapt to remote work. He currently focuses his research on decent work, psycho-social processes of non-European workers, and the climate of sustainability in agro-food companies.
From 2008 to 2017, he was local coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Master's Degree "Work, Organization and Personnel Psychology - WOP-P", and Chair of the "EuroPsy Specialist Certificate in Work, Organization and Personnel Psychology", project promoted by the European Federation of Psychologists' Assocation (E.F.P.A.)

He is currently president of the Joint Commission of the Department of Psychology.
