Research fellow at DIT. She got her degree in conference interpreting (2008) at SSLMIT, Università degli Studi di Bologna and her PhD in Translation, Interpreting and Interculturas Studies at the same university. Her academic activity (research and teaching) focuses on interpreting between Italian and Spanish, and in particular on the management of figurative language in interpreting and on technologies and methods for remote interpreting.
She is a member of the SHIFT in Orality Erasmus+ project, on the didactics od remote dialogue interpreting, pf the LICEI group, a research group on Spanish/Italian contrastive linguistics. She is the secretary of CIRSIL, Interuniversity centre of research on the history of language teaching.
