Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist, is he medical director of the Department of Mental Health and Addictions of Forlì - Cesena, Local Trust of Romagna and has a collaboration with the Emilia Romagna Region (RER) for the development of projects on: Serious Personality Disorders (SPDs ), Mental Health Care Pathways of adolescents, offending patients. He held a contract with UniBo for the teaching of Pathological Addictions from the 2005 - 2006 to the 2008 - 2009 academic year and a contract for a Psychiatry module in the 2015 - 2016 and 2016 - 2017 academic years. the position of Health Director of the Local Trust of Cesena (from 2003 to 2005) and Director of the Mental Health Department of the same trust from 2009 to 2011. He coordinates the implementation of the Guidelines on SPDs and conducts research on the efficacy of treatments. He is the author of numerous scientific publications and some monographs on Personality Disorders.
