The current research interest mainly concerns children's rights.
On the connection between law and morality with regard to the
concept of law and its main application. The normative idea of
democracy, its relationship with the theory of rights: theories,
problems, and practical questions (among others: torture's recent
debate and rehabilitation; violation of human rights; macro crimes
and consent).
