Marco Dalla Rosa's short profile

<p>Marco Dalla Rosa graduated in Agricultural Science at the University of Bologna, on 1980 started the career with a fellowship on coffee processing. On 1984 won a fellowship to carry out research period at the CSIRO, Sydney, Australia. On December 1985, back in Italy, M. Dalla Rosa was appointed as lecturer on Animal Food Processing at the University of Udine, in the new Degree course of Food Science and Technology. On 1987 he discussed the PhD thesis on Food Biotechnology. From November 2000 he is <strong>Full Professor of Food Technology, Food formulation and innovation</strong> and actually he is President of the committee of the Degree and Master courses in Food science and technology of the University of Bologna. He is authors of more than 250 papers on food processing, in particolar on coffee processing, fruit preservation and minimally processing, modified atmoshere packaging and physical and rheological food properties.</p>
