Luca Ferrari is Associate Professor in Didactics and Special Pedagogy in the Department of Education Studies "G.M. Bertin", University of Bologna. His research interests concern open education policies and practices, pedagogical design of eLearning, inclusion and digital technologies. He is an executive member of the scientific unit "AI and Education" of the Alma Mater Research Institute For Human-Centred Artificial Intelligence (ALMA HUMAN AI).
From December 2021 he is coordinator of the three-year project, Erasmus+, Innovative teaching and learning pathways for the prevention of new drug abuse (INES).
