Maria Grazia De Angelis

Short Bio

Maria Grazia De Angelis works on the experimental and theoretical analysis of fluid transport in solid materials, with applications in separation of gaseous and liquid mixtures with membrane and in packaging. She collaborates with International research Institutes, and with Companies. She is in the Joint Programme EERA CCS.
Since December 2020 she is on leave to be Chair in Thermodynamics of Materials and Processes at the University of Edinburgh (UK).
She was the coordinator of the Degree Program in Chemical Engineering 2018-2020.

Since 2019 she is an elected member of the Council of the European Membrane Society
Since 2018 she is in the Working Party on Thermodynamics and Transport Properties of the European Federation of Chemical Engineers (EFCE), 

She is co-author of around 80 publications (Scopus profile).  

She was visiting Researcher or Lecturer at the North Carolina State University in Raleigh, USA (1998), the National Technical University of Athens, Greece (2007-08), the Universidad Nacional del Sur in Bahia Blanca, Argentina (2014) and the University of Melbourne, Australia (2015).
