2003: Degree in Medical Biotechnologies, University of Bologna, Italy. Title of the graduation thesis: ”Role of the minisatellite at the 3' of human interleukin-6 gene in the regulation of gene expression”; final grade: 110/110 cum laude. Supervisor: Prof. Claudio Franceschi.

2005- 2007: PhD student in Human Morphological and Molecular Sciences, University of Bologna, Italy. Tutor: Prof. Lucia Manzoli.

2008:  PhD in Human Morphological and Molecular Sciences, University of Bologna, Italy. Title of the doctoral thesis: “Role of phospholipase C beta-1 in myogenic differentiation: identification of new nuclear targets”.

 

Work experience:
