Possibility for student proposals within the following research lines:

Guidance competencies and CMS: towards an integrated model for practitioner training

Objectives: To compare theoretical models and training practices to identify an effective continuous training model for career guidance practitioners. Comparative documentary analysis; case study on a training pathway

Research questions: What convergences and differences emerge between guidance competencies defined in Italian models and Career Management Skills proposed at European level? How can an integrated training model foster professional development of guidance practitioners across different territorial contexts? Which training tools and approaches prove most effective in developing critical awareness and design capabilities in practitioners regarding current challenges in guidance work?

Group guidance as social justice practice: designing transformative pathways for NEET youth

Objectives: To analyze how group work can foster agency and participation Prototyping and verification (or design and testing) of an operational module, results analysis using narrative tools and/or participant observation.

Research questions: How can the group guidance experience contribute to strengthening agency and social participation of young people in NEET conditions? Which methodological elements (setting, devices, languages) favor a transformative approach in group guidance with subjects in vulnerable conditions? To what extent does the relational and collective dimension of guidance allow for countering the personalization of failures in transition trajectories?

Transitions, narratives and inequalities: the representation of guidance action in Italian media

Objectives: To critically analyze the narration of career transitions in Italian press and digital media. To compare such representations with theoretical approaches oriented toward social justice and guidance.

Research questions: What representations of success, failure and individual responsibility emerge in Italian media regarding career and work? How do these narratives influence the perception of guidance as a personal or social tool? How can critical approaches to guidance contribute to deconstructing stereotypes and promoting greater equity?
