Towards an Integrated Model for Practitioner Training

Objectives: To compare theoretical models and training practices in order to identify an effective continuous professional development model for guidance practitioners. Comparative documentary analysis; case study on a training pathway.

Research Questions: What convergences and differences emerge between the guidance competencies defined in Italian models and the Career Management Skills proposed at European level?

How can an integrated training model support the professional development of guidance practitioners in different territorial contexts?

What training tools and approaches prove most effective in developing critical awareness and planning capabilities in practitioners regarding current challenges in guidance work?
