Since 2005, he has continuously carried out university teaching activities at the University of Bologna, currently holding the chair of "Work and Career Guidance Psychology" for the Bachelor's Degree in Social and Cultural Educator (Rimini Campus). He conducts the "Professional Specialization Laboratory in Prevention and Educational Care of Social Distress" for the Master's Degree program "Planning and Management of Educational Intervention in Social Distress."
His professional activity is primarily focused on consulting and planning in the field of active employment policies, with particular emphasis on career guidance, support for life-work transitions, and development of territorial systems for social and occupational inclusion.
He has served as scientific director of the Career Guidance Catalog of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and has collaborated with Ce.Trans (Center for Work and In-Work Transitions - Bologna) for the development of innovative methodologies in guidance, operator training, and prevention of educational difficulties.
He currently collaborates with Centro Studi Pluriversum as a career specialist for the planning and implementation of training interventions.

Co-founder of "Associazione NODI" for research and development of active methods, he is an expert in innovative methodologies such as psychodrama and sociodrama for conducting work groups and professional training. He has authored popular publications on guidance and training methodologies, with participation in European projects (Erasmus+) for the development of professional competencies.
