Occasional self-employed collaborator at the Department of Agricultural anf Food Sciences (University of Bologna) for the H2020 project "AGRUMIG. Her main research interests are: migration-rural development nexus in post-soviet countries (Republic of Moldova); ethnic, gender and generational discriminations in the labour market; research ethics; gender, parenting and migrations; migration processes and female entrepreneurship (microcredit as a strategy for social inclusion); new poverties in contemporary societies.

Creation of a EUropean e-platform of MENTORing and coaching for promoting migrant women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics" (Coord: Rosa Grimaldi). Co-coordinationa of the quanti-qualitative research activities on the training needs of the project beneficaries (migrant women with a STEM background and professional intercepting this category)
