Her main research interests are: migration-rural development nexus in post-soviet countries (Republic of Moldova); ethnic, gender and generational discriminations in the labour market; research ethics; gender, parenting and migrations; migration processes and female entrepreneurship (microcredit as a strategy for social inclusion); new poverties in contemporary societies.
