RTDb researcher at Bologna University since 2018, mainly focusing on the history of medieval art. His interest is principally oriented to the study of commissions, and of architectural context, beyond iconography, between 12thand 15thcenturies. In particular, he has been engaged in the paintings of Emilia and Romagna regions. Recently, he has approached the study of spatial distribution inside medieval churches, with a particular attention to the documental reconstruction of rood screens.
He holds lessons in DAMS, both for M.A. and Specialisation courses. Since 2016 he has held a 6 cfu course at the Quality of Life Studies Department of Bologna University, in Rimini campus.
