Teaches Institutions of Private Law, Insolvency Law & Procedure, Principles of Law, and EU Law for Algorithm

Founding partner of the Centre Europeen des Recherches socio-economiques, technologiques et environnementales (CERSTE asbl), Bruxelles
Member of the European Law Institute (ELI), 'Digital Law' and 'Environmental Law' SIGs.

In 2013, the Committee of Rectors of Italian Universities and the State Dep't of Equal Opportunities rewarded his PhD thesis for its distinction in the field of Anti-discrimination law.

In 2015, winner of the "S.I.S.Di.C. Scientific Excellence Prize" with his monograph on "Compensation and Punishment in Tort Law".

Arbitrator within the Bank of Italy's ADR permanent board (Arbitro Bancario finanziario).
