Diletta Tega is an internationally recognized expert in constitutional justice, protection of fundamental rights, global constitutionalism, anti-discrimination law, secularism. She is the author of more than one hundred publications, including I diritti in crisi (2012) and La Corte nel contesto (2020). She served as a law clerk at the Constitutional Court (Justice Cartabia) and was an Emile Noël Research Fellow at NYU School of Law. She has also been a Visiting Fellow at the STG EUI, Legal Junior Expert for the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights, Visiting Professor at the University of Antwerp and at UAM. She is a member of the Editorial Board of Quaderni costituzionali and previously served as co-president of ICON-S Italia. She holds a Ph.D. in ConLaw jointly awarded by the University of Bologna and Paris Nanterre. Her institutional leadership includes service as: member of the University Quality Assurance Committee, vice-chair of the Bioethics Committee, and member of the Commission for the Revision of the University Statute. She currently serves on the University Disciplinary Board.
