Framework agreement with the Commission for European Affairs of the International Union of Notaries

Professor Piana coordinates research projects and data analysis, empirical evidence, policies, and testimonials made available within the framework of the aforementioned Convention, which aims to promote research and studies on legality and the forms of protection of the rule of law in different European legal systems, with particular attention to the forms of law that emerge at the intersection of notarial expertise and the economic and social transactions historically expressed by societies.
