Curriculum vitae

Catia Nannoni graduated in French Language and Literature at the University of Bologna in 1997 with a dissertation on the Italian translations of Les Liaisons dangereuses.

 She holds a Phd in Translation Studies, obtained in 2003 at the University of Bologna with a thesis on Italian translations of French dream tales from XVIIIth and XIXth centuries.

 She taught French in the Italian state school from 2002 to 2008 and taught on contract at SSLMIT of Trieste, SSLiMIT of Forlì and the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Bologna. 

Since 2008 she has been Lecturer of French (Language and Translation), first at the University of Perugia and then at University of Bologna.

Since September 2014 she has been Associate Professor of French (Language and Translation) at University of Bologna.

From a. y. 2013-14 to a. y. 2017-18 she was the pedagogical responsible of the Scuola di Lingue, Letterature, Traduzione e Interpretazione for the "Corso trinazionale Bologna-Mainz-Dijon" .

She was the Degree Programme Director of Language, society and communication / lingua, società e comunicazione from October 2018 to October 2021.

Since January 2019 she is in the academic board of the PhD in Modern Languages, Literatures, and Culture (LILEC, Unibo) (curriculum DESE) and since 2020 she is part of the scientific board of the library of Lilec and of the CIL. 

Since May 2021 she is a member of the "Giunta" of Lilec.
