Catia Arbizzani

Her research activity has been in the field of energy materials. Currently her research is devoted to sustainability of energy storage systems and to electrode/electrolyte/separator interfaces in advanced batteries.
Engaged in national and international research projects, she collaborates with several research groups  and with several companies. She co-authored more than 150 publications, 9 book chapters, 7 special issues, an entry in the Treccani Encyclopedia and 3 patents.

She is Delegate for International Relationships of the Dept. of Chemistry "Giacomo Ciamician" and Scientific Director of E-Cells Lab, the UNIBO-Ferrari-NXP joint Lab.

She teaches in several CdS and is member of the Academic Board of the PhD in Chemistry.

Editor of the Journal of Power Sources, La Chimica e L'Industria and Batteries.

Deputy Director of Institute of Advanced Studies (ISA) and representative Member for Chemical Sciences (03 Area) in the Scientific Board of ISA, member of GTA Climate, Energy and Mobility e UNIBO delegate at BEPA.
