Researcher (RtdA) in Educational Research and PhD in Social, Developmental, and Organizational Psychology (Area 11).

Engages in research activities on educational innovation in teaching-learning practices at universities. Focuses on designing and monitoring Educational Action-Research experiences to promote transversal, entrepreneurial skills, and growth mindset. Investigates the impact of the pandemic on school dropout and European design processes. Explores gender, aging, and education within national and international projects (Erasmus+ and Horizon2020). Affiliated with the research centers CSGE and CRESPI.

From 2013 to 2018, worked on an intervention aimed at developing soft skills in the safety sector in chemical plants (awarded by INAIL and the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work in 2019).
