CURRENT POSITION

Junior Researcher in the field of Educational Research (M-PED04) at the Department of Educational Sciences (University of Bologna)

SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY

- Since 2021, she is a member of the SIPED research group "Lifelong Education Pedagogy: Lifelong Learning from Childhood to Old Age," coordinated by Professors Isabella Loiodice, Elisabetta Biffi, and Elena Luppi.

- Since July 2018 to March 2022 she has been a research fellow in the field of Educational Research at the Department of Education Studies (University of Bologna- Unibo) on the research project "The promotion of quality in university teaching" (Supervisor: Prof. Elena Luppi).

- Since January 2020 she has been part of the Unibo team into the European project H2020 "H-WORK Multilevel intervention to promote Mental Health in SMEs and public workplaces" with competences related to gender issues. The aim of the project is to design, implement and validate effective multi-level assessment and intervention toolkits (new products and services) to promote mental health in public organizations (healthcare, higher education, governmental) and SMEs. (Scientific coordinator: Prof. Luca Pietrantoni).

- Since December 2019 she is part of the Unibo team into the Erasmus+ "FormBridge" project. The aims of the project are 1) to create a reference framework for evaluating the skills mobilized by the experiences of the Pédagogie de Chantier, in particular transversal skills, 2) to define the learning outcomes of the training paths and 3) to support the educational achievements of young people with the contribution of representatives from the business world in order to break the cycle of inequality, poverty and exclusion (Supervisor: Prof. Elena Luppi).

- Since October 2019 she is part of the Unibo team in the Erasmus+ project "Quality of life at home (QAVAD)". The aim of the project is the design of innovative training courses for social and health care professionals in order to promote the development and the maintenance of cognitive, motor and social skills of elderly people (Supervisor: Prof. Elena Luppi).

- From 2017 to 2018 she collaborated with the Educational Studies Department (University of Bologna) into the research project "Entrepreneurship Competence Framework Self-Assessment Tool for young Europeans (EntreSAT4Youth), funded by the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission. The aim of the project was the validation of evaluation and self-assessment tool for entrepreneurial competences described in the Entrepreneurship Competence Framework (EntreComp) (Supervisor: Prof. Elena Luppi).

- In 2018 she collaborated with the Department of Business Sciences of the University of Bologna on the European Erasmus+ project "EuMentorSTEM. Creation of a European e-platform of MENTORing and coaching for promoting migrant women in Science, Technology and Mathematic”.

- From 2014 to 2015 she collaborated with the Department of Psychology (University of Bologna) into the research project "Validation of a tool for the analysis of the "Safety Climate" as an indicator of SGSL effectiveness" (Supervisor: Dr. Stefano Toderi).

- From 2010 to 2013 she collaborated with the Department of Education Studies and the Occupational Medicine Group of the University of Bologna into the project "Evaluation of psychosocial risk factors and development of work resources: an integrated perspective". (Supervisor: Prof. Dina Guglielmi e Francesco Saverio Violante)

- From 2007 to 2008 she collaborated into the Leonardo da Vinci project entitled "Leonardo-Net Project New tools for blended permanent learning to develop technical skills of low qualified SME's workers" (Supervisor: Prof. Guido Sarchielli).

- From 2006 to 2007 she collaborated into the project "ALMA TWO Adaptive Learning Management Assets for Advanced Learning Methodology-driven Architecture, WP Definition of Competence Models”. (Supervisor: Prof. Guido Sarchielli).

CONSULTING ACTIVITIES

- From 2013 to 2018 she collaborated with the Department of Psychology (University of Bologna) into the project "Non-technical skill (NTS) for safety: research and intervention in chemical companies" (Coordinator: Prof. Marco Giovanni Mariani).

- For the Golinelli Foundation she is collaborating as trainer and evalutation expert at several courses: “Giardino delle Imprese, informal school of entrepreneurship” (since 2017), and at the “ICARO” as evaluation expert (since 2019), Masterclass Docenti, Design for Skills, Orientamento Consapevole.

GRANTS

- 2021 'Young Researchers' Award for Educational Research granted by SIRD (Rome, 10/06/'22)

- Prize awarded by INAIL and the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work for the project “Non-technical skill (NTS) for safety: research intervention in chemical companies" in which she collaborated under the scientific coordination by Prof. Marco Giovanni Mariani.

- Among the 36 young European researchers selected for the 2nd EAWOP Early Career Summer School for Advanced Work and Organizational Psychology, Valencia (Spain). The selection was made through the contribution entitled Which Union Members Could Make A Difference? Development Of A New Union Citizenship Behaviours' Scale (Ricci, A., Guest, D. & Sarchielli G.) presented during the session "Organizational Change and Employee Participation" (key note speaker: Prof. Magnus Sverke). (September 11-17, 2010)
