Marco Ercoles

Marco Ercoles (1981) is Associate Professor of Greek Language and Literature at Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna (since 2020), where he teaches Greek Literature and Greek metrics and music. He deals with archaic and classical Greek melic poetry, with Greek metrics and music, with ancient exegesis. He is member of the international team of the «Année Philologique», of the Editorial Board of «Eikasmós. Quaderni Bolognesi di Filologia Classica», of the Research Center «APTODAY - Ancient Philosophy Today» and of «MOISA. International Society for the Study of Greek and Roman Music and its Cultural Heritage».
