Yogesh is a PhD student in the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences (DISTAL) at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna. He is working under supervision of Prof. Andrea Versari, focusing on the dealcoholization of wine using various membrane-based techniques and how this process impacts the final quality of dealcoholized and alcohol-free wine.
