Vincenzo Natale is full professor of General Psychology and
is a lecturer of Behavioural Rhythms and Sleep-Wake Cycle at
the Department of Psychology "Renzo Canestrari" of the University of Bologna.
Graduated in Medicine in 1986 at the University of Bologna,
specialised in Clinical Psychology in 1989 at the University of
Bologna, and took PhD in Experimental Psychology in 1994 at the
Department of Psychology of University of Bologna. He worked as
researcher in psychobiology at the Faculty of Psychology of the
University of Bologna since 1996. He spent a research period at the
Institute for Circadian Physiology of Boston (MA) in 1992. His
prevalent research interest is on Cognitive Psychology, Health
Psychology, Chronopsychology, Chronobiology, and Sleep
Psychophysiology. He participated in four research projects funded
by Italian Government (PRIN 1997, 1998, 1999, 2004). He acts as a
referee for several international journals and he has published
more than nighty peer review articles in international journals. He
has also published two volumes on the chronopsychology.
