Vincenzo Lagioia is researcher on a fixed-term contract type B (Senior) at the Department of History Cultures and Civilizations of the University of Bologna, Italy, where he collaborates in teaching early modern. His research interests are the exploration in the Ancien Régime, theology and Lumières, and gender studies. He is also a member of the Société Internationale pour l’Etude des Femmes de l’Ancien Régime (SIEFAR). Last published works include: Un missionario alla scoperta delle Antille.
