Tenure-Track Assistant Professor (RTT) in Organization and Management at the University of Bologna. She holds a PhD in Management Control and Performance Management Systems from the University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara and subsequently developed her academic career at Cranfield School of Management, where she held positions as Research Fellow and Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Human Resource Management. At Cranfield, she also served as Director of the MSc in Management and Human Resource Management and currently holds a position as Visiting Academic.
Her research focuses on human resource management and performance management and measurement systems, with particular attention to the impact of emerging technologies on work, people management, and management systems. Her research also encompasses topics related to organizational behaviour, leadership, organizational climate, and decision-making processes.
She has extensive international teaching experience across Master's, MBA, and Executive MBA programmes, teaching subjects including Strategic Human Resource Management, People Management, Contemporary Approaches to Human Resource Management, and Organizational Management. She has also supervised dissertations and research projects at Master's, Executive, PhD, and DBA levels.
She has contributed to numerous research projects funded by public and private institutions, particularly in the areas of people management, the future of work, people analytics, emerging technologies, diversity, and inclusion, and collaborates with researchers and academic institutions internationally.
