ET-IT PhD student and research fellow at the Advanced Research Center on Electronic System "Ercole De Castro" - ARCES. Tommaso Ugolini graduated with honours in Electronics Engineering from the University of Bologna in 2023. His research activity focuses on the study, analysis and simulation of charge transport in nanoscale devices. In particular, he is currently working on the modeling and simulation of two-dimensional cold-source transistors for ultra-low power applications. Since the Academic Year 2023/24, he has been the tutor of the "Elettronica T-1" course.
