Curriculum vitae

ET-IT PhD student and research fellow at the Advanced Research Center on Electronic System "Ercole De Castro" - ARCES. His research activity focuses on the study, analysis and simulation of charge transport in nanoscale devices.

He Tommaso Ugolini graduated with honours in Electronics Engineering from the University of Bologna in 2023.  In particular, he is currently working on modeling and simulation of two-dimensional cold-source transistors for ultra-low power applications. Since the Academic Year 2023/24, he has been the tutor of the "Elettronica T-1" course.

Education

Graduated with honours in Electronics Engineering in 2023 from the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, at the University of Bologna.

Teaching activity

Since the Academic Year 2023/24, he has been the tutor of the "Elettronica T-1" course, held by prof. Elena Gnani.

Scientific activity

He is currently involved in the European AttoSwitch project, for the realisation and characterisation of DS-FETs for ultra-low power applications.
