He collaborates with the School of Specialization in Demo-Ethno-Anthropological Heritage at the University of Rome “La Sapienza,” where he teaches Computer Science for Cultural Heritage (since 2019) and where he has already taught Documentation and Cataloging of Demo-Ethno-Anthropological Heritage and Cultural Heritage Legislation (from 2016 to 2019).

Professor of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Law (since the 2019-20 academic year) at the Department of Law of the LUISS University, where he has been teaching Legal Informatics since 1995. Formerly adjunct professor of Legal Informatics (from 2007 to 219); EU IT law (from 2009 to 2011); Legal informatics, international context (from 2011 to 2020) and Legal informatics laboratory (from 2018 to 2023).

Lecturer in Legal Informatics for the PhD program in Law and Business at LUISS University (from 2013 to 2020) and for the Master's program in Tax Accounting and Planning at Luiss Business School (since 2007).

He collaborated on the in-depth study of the regulatory and IT application evolution of information and telematic technologies in the field of taxation and tax litigation with the Research Unit of the University of Molise as part of the 2008 PRIN - area 11 - Historical, Philosophical, Pedagogical, and Psychological Sciences.

He collaborated in the dissemination of research results on the management and storage of e-mail messages with the Research Unit of the University of Urbino Carlo Bo as part of the 2008 PRIN - area 12 - Legal Sciences.

He has collaborated with the publishing house Giuffré, writing on the subject of electronic tax proceedings for the portal dedicated to electronic proceedings in Italy.
He has collaborated with the publisher Wolters Kluwer, writing on the subject of electronic tax proceedings in “Il Fisco” (a weekly magazine for professionals and businesses).

From 2002 to 2014, he was a temporary professor of Information Technology and Archiving at the Ezio Vanoni Higher School of Economics and Finance (SSEF) – Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).

He was a student and collaborator of Prof. Maria Guercio, an internationally renowned expert in the field of Information and Records Management, with whom he trained in the field of document management in a digital environment and with whom he collaborated in the training of public administration staff.

An expert in Information and Communication Technology Law and Digital Records Management, he has provided and continues to provide consulting and professional training services to companies and public administrations on the topics of document management in a digital environment and the management and preservation of digital archives.

His interest in information technology began in 1984 when he attended the course “Electronic Computers and Mechanographic Systems” taught by Prof. Francesco Maria Stilo at the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of the University of Rome “La Sapienza.” His interest in legal informatics began in 1989 when he joined the “GiurInform” study and research group set up at the Electronic Documentation Center of the Court of Cassation and coordinated by magistrate Francesco Rebuffat. He was a subject expert with Renato Borruso and Ettore Giannantonio, both professors of legal informatics at Luiss University and magistrates serving at the Court of Cassation, who, in addition to performing judicial functions, directed the Court's Electronic Documentation Center (legislation, jurisprudence, and doctrine). He specialized in legal informatics at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” with Vittorio Frosini and studied the philosophy of law with Prof. Enrico Moroni of the University of Urbino “Carlo Bo.”
