Short Bio

Full Professor at the University of Bologna, he carries out his research in the field of Sociology of Law. His scientific interests concern the study of the civil process as a social phenomenon, the ethics of the legal professions and the analysis of the mafia phenomenon and strategies of contrast and prevention. He has activated the first course of "Mafia and Anti-mafia" in a Law School and for the last eight years has directed the 2nd Level Master in "Management and re-use of assets seized and confiscated from mafias. A partire da lunedì 19 febbraio 2024 il RICEVIMENTO si terrà presso lo studio della Prof.ssa situato al CIRSFID, via Galliera 3, III piano.

La giornata dedicata è il MARTEDI' DALLE ORE 11.00 ALLE ORE 12.00.

Non è necessario appuntamento.

Per ogni giornata di ricevimento saranno ammessi massimo 6 studenti.

 Le tesi in "Mafie e Antimafia" verranno assegnate esclusivamente agli studenti che hanno sostenuto, o devono sostenere, il rispettivo esame e preferibilmente a coloro che hanno sostenuto l'esame di sociologia del diritto.
