She carries out her assistance activity at the UOC of Surgical Pathology  of the Bellaria Hospital.

The research activity is mainly focused on the pathology of the head-neck district, of the endocrine system, of the base skull and of the central nervous system. Collaborates with national and international working groups; she is a referee for international journals; she was part of the working groups that produced the book of the World Health Organization on endocrine system malignancies (2017).
