Professor at the School of Specialization in Gynecology and Obstetrics, University of Bologna.
Author of several scientific publications in national and international journals (h-index 20). She obtained the Italian National Scientific Qualification as Associate Professor in 2025.
She is a member of the following scientific societies: Italian Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (SIEOG), where she is part of the Study Committee on Gynecology – Benign Pathology; International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG); Italian Society of Gynecological Endoscopy (SEGI). She is also a member of the Endometriosis Treatment Italian Club (ETIC).
Her main research interests focus on endometriosis, gynecological ultrasound and pelvic floor ultrasound, gynecological oncology, and minimally invasive gynecological surgery.
