Short Bio

Archaeologist

Since 2023 she has been a research fellow at the Department of Cultural Heritage, Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna.

She obtained her PhD in Islamic archaeology at Sapienza University of Rome in 2020.

She participates in numerous archaeological missions in Iran and Iraq as an archaeologist and head of the study of ceramic materials. Go to the Curriculum vitae

Office hours

During the lecture period: Thursdays 10:00 - 12:00 in the Studio Docenti a contratto at Palazzo Corradini.

Given the many trips to Italy and abroad planned from September to December, making contact in advance by email is advisable. The lecturer can be contacted by email (serenella.mancini@unibo.it) and is also available for receptions on the Teams platform.
